Excellent location, the subway is meters away, supermarkets and cafes are nearby, a lot of shops, in general, a nice area. there is a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator, no kettle or microwave.a friendly owner.
Old towels and bed linen that needs to be changed.

A very attentive owner of the hotel, immediately after booking contacted us through WhatsApp, organized a transfer from the airport. The subway stop is 100 meters away. Many attractions, shops, restaurants are within walking distance.

Loved the luggage storage, shared kitchen, and lounge. Also enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge services, and babysitting. Express check-out and free newspapers were a plus. And who doesn't love a playground and library at a guesthouse? So much fun!
Oh, there was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. The place was just perfect in every possible way.
